Client and Project Manager

We are looking to recruit a client and project manager to join our team in Newport, Pembrokeshire. You’ll be actively involved with the day to day running of the company and working closely with clients to meet and exceed their expectations. Your primary role will involve project management and ensuring our team works to deliver the very best services for our clients and positioning yourself as a helpful resource that helps the team reach its goals and objectives. You’ll be required to be proactive in meeting deadlines, and managing or mitigating any risk which might arise with projects as well as holding regular project reviews.

Desired experience:

  • Good team working skills – integrating yourself with our existing team and understanding their roles within the agency
  • Able to integrate with existing company processes and improve them as necessary
  • Be able to address risk and implement mitigating strategies
  • Good organisation with great self-motivation with the drive to improve your skills and the agency

Scope for growth:

  • Operations Manager with a dedicated Project Management Team.
  • Operations Director with a full directorship in the company.
  • Shareholding position within the company after 1 year

Website Developer

We are looking to recruit a website developer to join our team. You’ll be actively involved in the building of websites alongside our design and content team. We are looking for a motivated and positive developer who can inspire change and growth, not only for the company but also in themselves. We primarily work with the WordPress Content Management system, and your day to day job will be developing solutions for the company and our clients to make managing and updating their website easier. We’ll consider all applications from graduate developers to experienced junior and lead developers.

Desired experience:

  • Good at making tea or coffee
  • Fluent in HTML, CSS 3, SASS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and AJAX technologies
  • Experience with converting designs accurately from prototype to functional responsive websites.
  • Intermediate to Advanced PHP and MySQL experience.
  • Innovative thinking and efficient problem-solving.

Scope for growth:

  • Advanced application development with iOS and Android
  • Advanced projects using Laravel, Symfony, React and Angular.
  • Training on new skills and languages available.
